Processing
Orders are prepared within 3–5 business days after confirmation. Made-to-order or community marketplace items may require additional time; we will confirm before dispatch.
Domestic & regional
Within Zambia and select Southern and East African destinations, delivery typically takes 5–12 business days via trusted courier partners.
International
International shipments usually arrive within 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Tracking is provided when available.
Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.
